2015 CDM Regulations Course

Course Details:

The CDM Regulations were originally introduced in 1994, were revised in 2007 and again in 2015.

The regulations are structured to ensure the following:

  • There is a coordinated approach to health and safety on site, particularly where there are several contractors on-site at any one time.
  • Adequate time and resources are committed at a sufficiently early stage to draw health and safety into the design and planning phases.

Course Aims:

On completing the course, you will understand:

  • CDM 2015.
  • Duty holders and their duties.
  • Preparing and modifying designs for safety and health.
  • How to eliminate, reduce and control risks through design.
  • Tools to help you with the design risk management process.
