This course will ensure that you have the knowledge that you need to ensure workplace safety in environments where there’s a risk of exposure to a wider range of hazardous materials.
Fitted Face Protection is only effective when it fits correctly, if there is any break in the seal of a tight-fitting face piece there is the risk of exposure and toworkers’ health. To meet the legal obligations under the current COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations, it’s vital to ensure that all face pieces are fitted and worn correctly.
To enable the attendee to train testers to carry out effective face fit testing and ensure suitable and adequate respiratory protection is supplied and worn by the workforce to maximise its protection for the workers.
Learners will receive a certificate of attendance on successful completion of the course.
