Slinger Signaller Course

Course Details:

The slinger signaller will act as the eyes and ears of the plant operator, who is likely to have an obstructed view of their surroundings. This obstructed view increases the risks involved with loading, lifting, and generally operating the crane so they need the slinger signaller to communicate via a series of hand signals to assist with manoeuvres.

Course Aims:

This course is for people with limited or no experience of slinger/signaller duties.

It aims to provide them with basic theoretical & practical knowledge to carry out lifting operations in a safe manner.

The aim is for the delegate to be able to use clear and unambiguous signals and communication. To raise professional standards.
