This one-day refresher course is for delegates who have previously passed the two-day site supervision safety training scheme (SSSTS) course and can provide proof of successful attendance. It aims to bring health and safety knowledge up to date, as well as give a thorough overview of the legislative changes and their impact on the workplace.
The course includes a wide range of topics which have been affected by changes to procedures and builds upon the material in the original course.
Delegates should hold, or be about to hold, the role of a supervisor. Delegates must be competent in English at the site supervisor level. The refresher course is only for delegates who have previously passed the two-day Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) course and can provide proof of successful attendance.
This training is for learners who have an in-date CITB SSSTS Certificate, please ensure that the course you are booked onto is running prior to the certificate expiration date.

Delegates taking the SSSTS Refresher Course should be able to achieve all the learning outcomes listed below by the end of the course:
Assessment will be by an end-of-course examination. The delegate must pass the SSSTS Refresher Course exam to achieve certification for this course.
Learners will receive an accredited CITB certificate on successful completion of the course.
